Since we operate on a Print-on-Demand model, each item is crafted specifically for you after your order is placed.

1. Production & Processing Time

• All orders are sent to production within 24 hours.

• Production time: Please allow 2-5 business days for your garment to be printed, quality-checked, and packed before shipping.

2. Shipping Estimates & Rates

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, these are the estimated delivery windows:

• United States: 3 to 5 business days.

• Canada & Mexico: 7 to 14 business days.

• Europe: 10 to 20 business days.

• Asia & Oceania: 10 to 20 business days.

• Latin America: 15 to 30 business days.

Please note: These are estimates provided by our carriers. Delays may occur during holidays or due to customs processing in your country.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. It may take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Vulcan Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
