Refund policy
At Vulcan Store, every garment is exclusively manufactured for you the moment you place your order. Since we operate under a Print-on-Demand (POD) model, our policy is as follows
1. Exchanges and Returns for Size Errors or Change of Mind As all items are personalized and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, color choice, or change of mind. We kindly ask you to carefully review the Size Guide available on each product page before finalizing your purchase.
2. Damaged or Defective Products If the product arrives with a manufacturing defect, physical damage, or a printing error (wrong design), we’ve got you covered!

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to report the issue.

You must send clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping label to our contact email: vulcan.closet@gmail.com

Once the defect is verified, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund for your purchase.
3. Un-delivered Orders If the tracking information indicates the package was delivered but you haven't received it, or if it is lost in transit, please contact us immediately to find a solution. We will work with the carrier to locate your package. Please note that we are not responsible for delivery errors caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
4. Refund Process If a refund is approved, it will be processed through your original payment method within [5 to 10] business days.
